Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on bit393. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual (including under different names, email addresses or payment methods) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
Individuals who have previously self-excluded from the bit393 platform, or who are subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement, are not eligible to register a new Account. Circumventing a self-exclusion by re-registering is a serious breach of these Terms.
To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

bit393 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons, and without liability to the applicant. Registration does not guarantee continued access to the Platform.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You must not share your Account access with any third party. bit393 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
bit393 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations applicable under the Operator's license jurisdiction. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, upon a first withdrawal request, when a cumulative deposit or withdrawal threshold is reached, or at any time the Operator deems it necessary.
